Do you offer FLAT RATE shipping?

Yes we do! We offer $5 flat rate shipping to the U.S and $10 flat rate shipping to Canada!!

And crazy low rates for international shipping.

How long will it take to process your order?

Processing time ranges from 1-2 business days once your order has been placed. We ship Monday through Friday PST, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How long is the delivery time?

We are a Canadian company but we ship all of our products from Los Angeles, California so here is your destination time line brake down.

Tracking your order

Within 24-48hrs after your payment has been accepted, your order has been processed. You will then receive an email that will confirm your order has been shipped; this email will contain your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If for some reason there is a problem with your tracking number, or package delivery info, please contact the courier directly. It may take up to 1-4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update at all, but you will still receive your order. Please only contact us after the estimated delivery time.

Delivered but no delivered!?

Tracking and delivery confirmation is included with all our shipments. Once the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to your order address, that is considered a delivered package. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier to further investigate this issue. USPS Delivery Confirmation is considered a successful delivery, so make sure you track your package to know when it will be arriving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen package once delivered to your order address. *Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.

All customers outside of the U.S are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, local taxes, and any other fees charged by your country. Because we have no way of knowing the amount of these fees, we always recommend that you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of respective charges on a package coming from outside of your country.


Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. We strongly urge you to double and triple check your address and all shipping information before you complete your checkout, it’s you the customer’s responsibility to make sure that you enter in your address correctly! Make sure you have ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package so no other girl receives the gorgeous hair that YOU paid for!

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, write to us at info@amandamarshallhair.com as soon as possible. And if it's too late for us to cancel your order, you are responsible for all additional shipping charges. (For return instructions go to FAQ – Returns & Exchanges on the return policy page) If your package has been sent to an entirely wrong address we just need to wait and hopefully the package gets returned back to us. If it does then we can proceed to ship it back to you with the correct address. Extra Shipping Charges will apply.

If you refuse the package that has been sent to you NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
